Kim is the best! We were making a major move from out of state as we started a new chapter in our lives during the dark days of COVID. She lit the way with her warm attitude and steadfast determination to see us into a first home purchase that was not only everything we wanted, but at a price we could afford. She set us up with an outstanding financier, and used her connections to go above and beyond to answer our questions. She also gave us a solid guide to the area to help us start setting up our new home. During the process of getting inspections completed and closing paperwork prepared we never felt like she was out of touch and she was always ready to answer our questions. Paperwork was easy to keep up with digitally even while moving between states, and she was able to help us settle early fees despite not banking locally. I enjoyed working with Kim! She was very knowledgeable in local issues, which was much needed for us as we were moving from out of state. She kept everything moving along- my husband was temporarily living in MO while working and house searching, and I was living and working in KY with our son while prepping our house for sale. It was very stressful, and Kim made it so much easier on us. It was wonderful to have someone we could trust on our side. I will never forget seeing her on FaceTime, traipsing through a barn and overgrown field, just to help us find the right home!
